Departing around 8:00 AM from Ho Chi Minh City, we journey towards the enchanting Mekong Delta region. Enjoy the scenic view and green rice paddies during the 1.5 hours with air-conditioned bus ride. Along the way, visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, the largest pagoda in the Mekong Delta. Continue to My Tho, where we take a boat trip along the Mekong River, viewing fish cages and floating houses from the motorboat. Experience a serene journey on a small hand-rowing boat, the main means of transportation in My Tho and Ben Tre. Cruise through a peaceful creek with overhanging coconut trees, observing lives on both sides escaping the town's hustle and bustle.
Disembark at a coconut island in Ben Tre, engage in crafting coconut candies through a hands-on workshop. Explore the coconut candy shop, witness the process, and savor delightful samples. Stroll the village, absorbing its unique charm. Continuing the river expedition, reach Cồn Thới Sơn (Unicorn Island).
