Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi at 8 AM. After getting out of bustle and hustle Hanoi, time to enjoy the countryside view through the windows while driving northwestward to Yen Bai province. Arrive at Suoi Giang village early in the afternoon, check in your homestay at a peaceful village nearby Nghia Lo town . Lunch and rest on a traditional stilt house. In the afternoon, embark on a bicycling trip to discover the daily life of the ethnic community in the area and enjoy the beautiful scenery of villages, rice fields an mountains. Dinner and overnight at the homestay.
After breakfast, say farewell to the host family and head for Tu Le town. Tu Le is a little town located at beautiful valley at the foot of Khau Pha Pass. Upon arrival, get ready for a soft trek to the rice valley and visit local villages. Taking photographs and meeting local people. Back to the town for lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, start our drive up the famous Khau Pha Pass. This mountain pass is known as one of 4 greatest passes in Northen Vietnam. The scenery over the valley from the pass is so stunning at the rice reason, especially during the harvesting time. Stop for photo opportunities on the way to Mu Cang Chai. Arrive in Mu Cang Chai town late in the afternoon. Check in a local homestay by the town. After getting our baggage stored, end the day with an easy walk to visit a village of the H'mong ethnic minority at the foot of a mountain nearby. Dinner and overnight at the homestay.
In the morning, get a transfer to the full day point. Our trek will start from Che Cu Nha to La Pan Tan on a 16 km trail. This trek will definitely offer us a good opportunity to see the main spots and admire the beauty of amazing rice terraces that Mu Cang Chai has to offer. You are also able to visit a few villages of the Hmong hill tribes scattered in the area. Get picked up at around 4.00 PM. Transfer to Mu Cang Chai where you spend the night.

9:00 AM: Our guide will meet you at your accommodation. After a short introduction, you will be taken by our local experience to the first village of Y Linh Ho. You will admire the most beautiful terraced rice fields – Why not take a great photoes about here (this is just below the town). We arrive in Y Linh Ho, a village of Black Hmong people. Here, we will walk across a hanging bridge to the next side of the Hoa Lien Son mountain. You will see the Back Hmong ethnic people’s daily life and learn more about their culture and traditions. This tribble has a unique arrange marriage, and best traditional skill house building. Our guide will show you the indigo and hemp used to make traditional clothes.
Noon: We will have lunch at a local Black Hmong family restaurant. 1:00 PM: After lunch, we will continue the walk to the Lao Chai. Here, you also get to see the incredible view of the rice fields on the hills. Around 30 minutes walk down to the Lao Chai village, where the Black Hmong people live, it is also the beginning of a valley called Muong Hoa valley. 2:00 PM: We will reach Ta Van, a village of Giay ethnic minorities. Here you will learn about two cultures of the Back Hmong and Giay people. You will see the design of those houses is different from the other village 4:00PM: We will finish one day trek and disocver the minorities culture and the driver pick you up back to Hotel in Sapa. Go to massage and reluxing after one day trek. 7:00PM. Go to dinner, free and shoping.
