For guests booking the tour from Hanoi, complimentary pickup is available at hotels or accommodations within the Hanoi Old Quarter. If your hotel is located outside this area, please meet at the Hanoi Opera House for departure. Pickup time is between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM, followed by a comfortable 2.5-hour drive via expressway to Halong International Cruise Port, where your unforgettable cruise journey begins.
For guests booking the tour from Halong Bay (no transfer included): Please make your own way to Halong International Cruise Port no later than 11:30 AM for check-in and boarding procedures. Check-in location: Ambassador’s Lounge, 1st Floor, Terminal – Halong International Cruise Port, Bai Chay Ward, Halong City.
After boarding the luxurious Ambassador Cruise, guests will enjoy a short welcome briefing at the restaurant before savoring a delicious buffet lunch while admiring the breathtaking limestone islets of Halong Bay — a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site. The first excursion takes you to Luon Cave, one of the bay’s most unique spots, where you can explore by bamboo boat or kayak (kayak available at an extra charge). Continue your journey with a visit to Titov Island, where you can swim in crystal-clear waters or hike to the summit for panoramic views of the bay. As the sun sets, the cruise anchors for the night — unwind with a cooking class or Happy Hour, and later, enjoy an enchanting live music performance at the Piano Lounge (except Mondays). Overnight on board amidst the serene beauty of Halong Bay.
Start your morning on the Ambassador Cruise with a peaceful Tai Chi session on the sundeck as the sun rises over Halong Bay. Enjoy a light breakfast before visiting Sung Sot Cave, the largest and most stunning cave in the bay. Return to the cruise for a buffet breakfast while sailing through Bai Tu Long Bay.
