Begin your 2-day Halong Bay journey with a comfortable morning pickup from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter (08:00–08:30 AM), or meet at Hanoi Opera House if staying outside the area. Enjoy a scenic 2.5-hour drive to Halong Bay with a short rest stop.
Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina between 11:30 – 12:00 to board your 5-star cruise. Enjoy a welcome drink as the captain shares an overview of the itinerary and important safety instructions. At 13:00, savor a delicious lunch at the onboard luxury restaurant, featuring a fusion of Vietnamese and international cuisine. While dining, begin your scenic journey through the breathtaking Halong Bay — a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New 7 Natural Wonders of the World. After lunch, check in to your private balcony cabin and relax as the cruise continues.
In the afternoon, the cruise stops at Bo Hon Island for a guided visit to Sung Sot Cave (Surprising Cave) — the largest and most magnificent cave in Halong Bay. Follow your guide through a forested path and ascend around 200 steps to reach the cave entrance. Inside, be amazed by the vast chambers, dramatic limestone formations, and atmospheric lighting that make this natural wonder truly unforgettable. The cave exploration takes about 50 minutes. Guests who prefer to skip the walk can stay onboard to relax on the sundeck and enjoy the panoramic bay views.
In the afternoon, enjoy kayaking or a bamboo boat ride to Luon Cave (15:30–16:30). Return to the cruise by 17:30 to relax and capture the stunning Halong Bay sunset. At 18:00, join Happy Hour (Buy 2 Get 1 Free) and a Vietnamese cooking class. Dinner is served at 19:30 with local specialties.
