Itinerary

Hanoi - Halong Bay - Overnight Cruises (L/D)

We will pick you up from your hotel or accommodation within Hanoi’s Old Quarter between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM. Then, enjoy a comfortable 3-hour drive to Halong Bay via the expressway, including a short break along the way. Start your unforgettable budget-friendly 2-day, 1-night cruise with ease and convenience.

At 12:00 PM, arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor and transfer by tender to the Fantasea Cruise. Check into your cabin and begin cruising through Halong Bay’s iconic limestone formations such as Incense Burner, Stone Dog, and Fighting Cock. Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese seafood lunch onboard. Afterward, participate in a fun cooking class to learn how to make fresh spring rolls. Dinner is served at the onboard restaurant, followed by optional activities like karaoke and squid fishing for a memorable evening experience.

Guests will explore Sung Sot Cave, also known as the Surprising Cave, one of the largest and most stunning caves in Halong Bay. Among nearly 2,000 limestone islands and towers, Halong Bay is home to 59 registered caves, each contributing to its unique ecosystem. Sung Sot Cave stands out as the most famous, captivating visitors with its majestic chambers and impressive stalactites, making it a must-see highlight on the classic overnight cruise.

Guests will visit Ti Top which is a beach that is shaped like a crescent moon and is known for its tranquility and beautiful still blue waters. The sands of the beach have been dyed white by the ocean’s surf creating a perfect picture of paradise.

Halong Bay - Hanoi (B/L)

After breakfast, enjoy kayaking at Ho Dong Tien Cave (Fairy Lake Cave), surrounded by stunning limestone cliffs. Return to the boat to check out your cabin, then join a fun cooking class to learn how to make traditional Vietnamese spring rolls. Around 10:30 – 11:00 AM, have lunch onboard while cruising back to the harbor, arriving between 11:30 and 11:45 AM.

At noon, guests bid farewell to Halong Bay and board the shuttle transfer back to Hanoi. You will be comfortably dropped off at your hotel or accommodation in the Old Quarter between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM. End of an unforgettable 2-day Halong Bay classic cruise experience.
