We provide hotel pick-up service for guests staying inside the Old Quarter area or near the Hanoi Opera House. For accommodations outside these areas, pick-up will be arranged at the Hanoi Opera House. Pick-up time is scheduled between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM. The transfer to Halong Cruise Port takes approximately 2.5 hours

Check-in Location: Ambassador’s Lounge, 1st Floor, Terminal – Halong International Cruise Port, Bai Chay Ward, Halong City.
Passengers are warmly welcomed aboard Ambassador Cruise with a short briefing at the restaurant before savoring a buffet lunch while admiring the stunning limestone islets of Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Natural Wonder. The first excursion takes you to Luon Cave for kayaking or a bamboo boat ride (kayaking is an extra cost), followed by a visit to Titov Island for swimming or hiking. At sunset, the cruise anchors overnight, where guests can join a cooking class or enjoy Happy Hour. Later, live music by the Midnight Buzz Band (except Monday) entertains guests at the Piano Lounge at 8:30 PM, before spending a peaceful night on board.
Start your day with a peaceful Tai Chi session on the twin sundeck from 6:30 to 7:00 AM while watching the sunrise. Then enjoy a light breakfast of tea, coffee, and cake in the restaurant. From 7:30 to 8:20 AM, explore the magnificent Sung Sot Cave, the largest cave in Halong Bay, famous for its stunning stalactites. Return to the Ambassador Restaurant for a buffet breakfast while cruising past the beautiful Bai Tu Long Bay. After settling your bill and checking out, disembark at Halong International Cruise Port between 10:30 and 11:00 AM.
