We offer convenient pick-up from hotels located in Hanoi Old Quarter. On weekends, due to traffic restrictions, we will arrange pick-up at the nearest accessible point to your hotel. Your driver will contact you in advance and will be waiting at the agreed meeting point. Please be ready at the scheduled time to ensure a smooth departure. Drop-off is available at hotels in Mu Cang Chai town or along National Road 32 within the Mu Cang Chai area. Please note that drop-off outside of these areas is not available. For the return journey, the same pick-up and drop-off conditions apply.
