• •The tour organization is subject to favorable weather conditions. If the tour is cancelled due to poor weather (Not allowed from Government) , you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
• •If the cancellation is informed to guests prior to leaving Hanoi and the guests have not used any service: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• •Swimming or kayaking activity may not be possible due to bad weather. Unused services are not subjected to a refund.
• •If the cancellation is informed during the trip (guests have already used some services: e.g. transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc): The remaining amount after subtracting all the actual fee of services used will be refunded.
• •Meals on-board are served with seafood, Vietnamese and international Cuisine. Any special request for food preference, allergies or dietary requirements should be informed at least 1 days before the departure date.
• •The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration depends on the time of day and traffic conditions.
