We'll usually try a mix of bánh xèo, bún thịt nướng, chả giò, bò lá lốt, bánh bèo, bánh bột lọc, há cảo, xíu mại, bột chiên, chè, and seasona

We'll explore hidden alleys, an old apartment block, and maybe a lively local market. I made this tour hoping vegan travelers would make friends. But I suck at marketing, so sometimes the only friend you make is me. Afterwards I'll send you my personal vegan guide to Vietnam. We'll eat a lot... but we'll also walk around 7,000 steps, so it all balances out. Come hungry!

Ho Chi Minh City, also known as Saigon and long considered as the Pearl of the Far East, is the most dizzying city of commerce and culture in Vietnam. A visit to Saigon is like an encounter with exotic delicious food, French colonial architecture and memories of Vietnam War. A state-run handicraft enterprise exports a wide range of products—including furniture, carpets, lacquer paintings, and other works of art—made largely from local materials and you will be shown a part of this attraction.
