In this class you will learn about the process of coffee from crop to cup: Learn the steps needed to roast dark beans so that they mix perfectly with sweet condensed milk, which is an improvisation made due to the limitations on the availability of fresh milk at French colonial time. We will make 5 different types of coffee : - Traditonal black coffee - Vietnamese happy white coffee - Hue Imperial Salt coffee - Ha Noi Capital Egg coffee - Fresh coconut coffee Enjoy your coffee with a cookie and Vietnamese Tea.
